Add Appendix functionality can be accessed from a checked out Package Document.

Click the Add Appendix button to append a document to the package.  The new document will appear in edit mode. The only document that should be included as an appendix is the Damage Inspection Report.

Add a title and appendix information, including attachments, then click the Save button.  Attachments are limited to .pdf file format.  Password protected/encrypted files should not be uploaded in the system. A link to the new document will appear at the bottom of all the document lists.

Note: If the appendix is to be submitted with the package, it must be verified.
