Part A: General Project Identification and Description

Project Description was revised; In the Remarks section, added Limits of Work and the Total Length for the interim repairs; Project Plans for interim repairs were attached.

Part A: Roadway(s)

In the Remarks section the following comment was added: "Interim repairs will allow the road to be opened to local traffic to the Ladds Creek crossing at Station 605, but there will be a section on S.R. 3002 east of the crossing from Station 620+25 to Station 622+75 that will be single lane."

Part B: Section A-1

In the Remarks of the Wetland Section a description of the project area for the wetland study was added. In the Remarks section at the bottom of the Part B: Section A-1, the impacts to streams, wetlands, and floodplains due to interim repairs were noted. A description of the proposed work in the area between 633+15 and 634+43, not covered by the wetland report, was added to this section.

Part B: Section A-2

In the Agricultural Resources section, the number of property owners involved was added. In the Remarks section at the end of Part B: Section A-2, the impacts to properties in the Clean & Green Program due to interim repairs were noted. Also noted was that no required right-of-way or Temporary Construction Easements are necessary at the third location, from Station 630+58 to Station 634+43.
